A Wade Kind of Weekend

This past weekend we had some of our favorite friends come to visit us! Mrs. Barbara and my best buddy Abby stayed and played with us while I continued to recover from pneumonia. Even though I was still taking medicine and having to do breathing treatments, we had a wonderful weekend. We played and partied like we were king and queen of the house :) 

Saturday, Mommy and Mrs. Barbara left to go wedding dress shopping with Aunt JuJu and while me, Abby, and Daddy hung out at home. We attacked Daddy with all of my bouncy balls. Daddy got it all on video so that mommy could see how much fun we had. Daddy was thankful when we both laid down to nap, because we had drained him of all his energy!!! When Mommy and Mrs. Barbara got home, it was time to get dressed for dinner with friends. I didn't get to go because of being sick, so Ottie came over and played with me! I loved playing with Ottie and think I had much more fun than the others.

Sunday was full of fun! It all started with sleeping in late. After we all woke up, mommy and Mrs. Barbara loaded me and Abby up for a ride around town. We grabbed some lunch and then took Mrs. Barbara on a "remember this" tour. Our last stop was Walmart. Mrs. Barbara is awesome and planned a birthday party for me, so we had to stop and get some supplies before heading home. Once at home, we wrapped up and took a ride to the campground to look around! WOW was that F-U-N!!! We all laughed at mommy's golf cart driving skills :) Once home, we were worn out and laid down for our nap. Guess what was next!?!?!? My Birthday Party!!! We all put on our Mickey Ears and had pizza, ice cream, and I opened my gifts. It was a fabulous end to a super fun day!!! 

Monday morning, Abby and Mr.s Barbara packed up and headed back home. It was a sad morning and I really miss them. Mommy and I have been thinking about how and when we can get them to come back! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
