Lions, Tigers, and Rhinos... OH MY!

Ok, ok.... I know its been forever since I last checked in with everyone. I've been a busy bee lately! Seems like all me and mommy do is run, swim, and play! I've been to MawMaw and PawPaw Williams house and their big boat. I've been swimming in my own pool in our backyard with Mommy and Daddy! The most recent big trip I've been on was the Birmingham Zoo with Mommy, Ottie and Cousin Austin! Yes!!!! I said the zoo! It was way too cool! I saw all kinds of animals and got to spend the day with Austin. The day started with me and mommy loading up in Ottie's van and guess who I got to sit by?!? AUSTIN!!!! We played for a bit and then I took a nap. He was so much fun to ride with. He talked to me and made sure I had everything I needed. Before I knew it, we were at the zoo. Mommy loaded me up in my stroller and off we went. Austin had been to the zoo before,so he lead us around so we wouldn't get lost. We saw snakes, birds, seals, camels, monkeys, fish, turtles, flamingos, a hippo, rhino, and lions and tigers. After seeing all those animals it was time for a carosel ride for Austin, pictures with me, mommy, and Austin, and a trip to the gift store! Ottie and Austin bought me a baby tiger to take home with me (mommy told me to tell you it is a stuffed tiger). Mommy bought me a shirt and then a really funny outfit that she wanted me to have. My favorite thing was thing was the tiger. I wouldn't let go of it in order for Ottie to buy it! I started crying and then finally I got it back! I've been playing with it ever since. On the ride home, I fussed a little because I knew Daddy was back at home waiting on me and I really wanted to see him and show him my tiger. Austin rode next to me for a little of the trip, then Mommy came back to sit with me and let Austin ride shot gun with Ottie. I didn't nap at all on the trip home! I was to excited and ready to see Daddy! When we pulled in the driveway he was there waiting on me. I squealed and showed him my tiger and then got to ride in his arms while mommy got all our things out of Ottie's van. The next thing I knew I was getting on my swim clothes to go take a dip with Mommy, Daddy, and Austin! I splashed and played until I could play no longer. Mommy and daddy took me in and gave me a big meal and then Daddy and I hung out while mommy went to get a haircut! I finally conked out around 9:00p.m.

Now as far as I can remember.... I think that was one of the best days I've had this summer! We are now getting packed for another weekend at the camper. I'll try and make sure I get back with you all more quickly than I have lately!
