Walmart.... OH MY!

Hey! Once again its me Alex. I just wanted to let you all know that I made a trip to Walmart today with Mommy (just the two of us) for the first time! I could tell mommy was all nervous because she spent the entire morning trying to get things together for our trip. She was also trying to make sure that I was not going to be hungry and fussy by making sure I got my breakfast, snack and lunch right on time! However, with all the busseling around I was not interested in eating much because I wanted to play! I played and talked with Mommy so much this morning that by the time I needed to eat my lunch I was so exhausted that I couldn't even finish 1 ounce without falling asleep. I could tell Mommy was concerned because she kept trying to get me to wake up to eat. But I just couldn't get awake... so I slept! When I woke up, Mommy was unpacking the Walmart bags at home!!! I had slept through it all (Mommy thanked me for that once I was awake). I have to say that I'm sure Mommy did a great job seeing that I wasn't disturbed at all. I do feel a little bad seeing that she put all that energy into packing up everything and she didn't even need it!

Shortly after I woke up, Daddy came home from work and we all went outside and I got to ride around in my stroller! It was a beautiful day today. I'm getting a little sleepy again, so I'm going to sign off and I'll catch up again with you all tomorrow.... If I can get to the computer without Mommy knowing!

Oh... one more thing... me and Daddy are going to have our first boy's night out tonight! Mommy has a dinner party to go to and so its just going to be me and Daddy! I should have lots of fun stories for you all tomorrow!

Bye for now!

Alex

How cute you look in your stroller! Now listen, this sleeping through Walmart business has got to stop. You are suppossed to be awake, crying, grabbing at everything, and pooping at least twice during the trip...we'll consider this a freebie for today's trip but from here on out, you gotta make your trips with Mommy more memorable, got it? Love ya kiddo, Abby
