I just wanted to give you all the "news" of the week! We officially have a "scheduled" birthday for Jorja! We are scheduled to be at St. Vincents on April 6th at 5:00am and will have a baby girl at 7:00am.
Yesterday, I received my call back from the surgery scheduling assistant and he set us up quickly. While I was having the conversation, I never once thought about what I was actually doing. It wasn't until I sat down to call Chad and tell him that it hit me. OMGosh!!!! I've just scheduled the day for my little girl to be born!!! WOW! What a feeling. I was a little shaken, but not in a bad way. Just an amazing feeling to know that, unless something happens early, Jorja will arrive that day!!!!
All is going good with us. This Saturday is the little shower that Mom, Julie, and Jennifer have planned for Jorja. I am looking forward to getting to see my family and just relax and enjoy celebrating what's to come for Jorja. I go back to see Dr. Heaton for a check up on Monday at 2p.m. I'll be sure to update you all once we are finished with the appointment.
Thanks for all the prayers, calls, emails, etc.... that you send! It is really nice to know so many people are thinking about us and praying us through the final months of this :)
