Last night, we invited all our family over to help give Jorja a special birthday party. We had already had a small party for just us last Friday on her actual birthday, but I wanted her to have a bigger celebration with the family. So, that is just what we did! We decked the house out with Frozen decorations and had a party! We all had a blast! Jorja sported her Elsa gown and really played the Princess role perfectly. We cooked out, enjoyed being outside, opened presents, and blew out the candles on perfectly beautiful and delicious cake. Jorja's night was perfect! I was so happy for my little girl. After all our company left, we snuggled in bed and called it a night. We needed our rest for the big game this morning. Here are some pictures of our fun time together.
On to this morning :)
Our little team is made up of some of the best little boys around. Alex has made some great buddies all while learning the basics of how to play ball. He is really enjoying the game and the fun that comes with playing. Today was his first official game as a Pirate. Boy did our team look sharp, in uniform and in how they played. I was very proud of my little Pirate as well as all of our players. I was busy snapping pictures during the game and was able to eavesdrop on some of the dugout conversation. I won't spill their secrets, but it was very interesting to say the least :) Jorja had another great game herself. She was busy picking flowers and delivering them to Alex. I was able to catch her in action as well. I can't wait to see how this season turns out. Hoping that ALL the players will be able to have fun, learn the game, and walk away excited about next season. Stay tuned for more highlights throughout the season.
