The Start of a New Year Brings .....

Way to much to post in this one entry!!!! The end of 2011 was just GREAT! We had a fabulous Christmas with two sweet babies and rang in the New Year together as a family of 4! What more could I ask for? NOTHING! I am perfectly content and blessed to say the least.

However... I forget just how busy the start of a New Year is for us! It is extremely hard for me to believe that here it is Jan. 29th just a few days away from February. My baby boy has turned 4 years old and my baby girl, just yesterday, turned 10 months old! WOW! How time has flown!!!!











So as you can imagine... the major part of my month was spent planning a birthday party for my little pirate, Alex! I had a blast planning it, and I think Chad did too! He helped me big time in constructing a "ship" out of the food table for his party. I have to just say that NO, the idea wasn't mine. My personal shopper and best friend Melanie has to be given credit for that! So thanks Mel for the idea, help, and moral support throughout this party planning :) I also have to say a special thanks to Terry Bryant at "The Cupboard" in Attalla for always making the most incredible cakes (both in looks and taste)!

The birthday boy had a great birthday week! On his actual birthday, Chad and I took off early and took him to a special birthday lunch before picking up Jorja and heading back home to celebrate. That was very special for me. Great memories were made that will be treasured for years to come! So I leave you all by wishing my kiddos both Happy Days! Alex with his big 4 and Jorja with her 10 months :)
