Brewer News: At Sea

Hello everyone! I thought I'd check in with you all and let you know that I made my first trip to the beach with Mommy and Daddy! It was the best! The car ride to the beach was lots of fun! I got to stop and get out in Florala and walk around Lake Jackson. Then we hit the road and made the last stretch to Destin. Once we got there we all were starving so we got some food to take back to our condo. I helped Daddy push the luggage cart and then I took it over and used it for my own toy! It was great fun! It was still there once I woke up Friday morning, so I used it for a breakfast nook while watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on TV.

Next, we got ready for our company! YES! I found out that my special visitors were Barbara and Abby! Once they arrived, we put on our beach clothes and headed for the sand. Wow... there sure is a lot of that stuff. I didn't know what to think of it at first, but then I began to enjoy it more and more. Abby really helped me out and brought me all kinds of fun toys to use while playing in the sand. We tried the ocean out, but it was soooo cold that I only let mommy put my toes in and then I decided that it was just not worth it! Abby agree.... she thought it was too cold also!

After fun on the beach, we all got spiffed up and went out to the Crab Trap for dinner. I was exhausted and rested on the drive to the place and while we waited for a seat. But you know me, as soon as we sat down and I smelled all that food I was ready to eat! Abby and I colored while we waited on our food, then we shared our meals in our buckets... she had fish fingers, and I had corn dogs.

After eating, we loaded up and headed back to the condo. Abby and Barbara had to leave, but we made sure to begin making plans for our next trip! I was again, exhausted... so I hit the sack!

After a good nights rest, I woke up and was ready to go! I started my day out on the ballcony wrapped up in my MickeyMouse towel. That was a great way to have breakfast! Then we headed out to the Big BASS PRO Shop! That was great fun, however... I needed some more shut eye and slept the majority of the time. I knew what I was doing though... I was resting up for more BEACH TIME!!!! We went back to the condo, changed clothes and headed to the sand again! This time, I played with daddy in the sand. We tried our hardest to get sand on Mommy, but she is a pro at keeping that from happening! After our beach time we skipped the pool and headed up to change cloths and go see the boats at the docks. That was amazing! I couldn't keep my eyes off those boats. It started to get darker and cooler, so we loaded up and head to take some beach pictures. Little did I know the sand would be sooooo cold!!!!!! I didn't like it there at all this time! I screamed and cried for mommy and daddy to pick me up and cover me up with my blanket. I do remember hearing mommy say that she did get some good pictures though.
