Oh What a Day!

This week has been homecoming week for the Gadsden City Schools. We have celebrated each day by dressing up to show our school spirit! Not only has that been going on, but I was suprised Oct. 2nd with an award from Office Max. Little did I know that I had been nonimated for this prize!!! They came in and surprised me and my class with $1,200 worth of classroom supplies. I was chosen out of all the teachers in the Gadsden City School System and Etowah County System! This was one of the best days I've ever experienced as a teacher. Watching my students go through the large box of supplies was the best present ever. It was like Christmas for them!!!
